The pristine forest, spectacular peaks, and white-water rivers in and around Breckenridge are ideal for teambuilding, leadership, and adventure exercises. Below are some of the activities - provided by our partners, Breckenridge Outdoor Education Center and Colorado Bike and Ski Tours - that we recommend for meeting and conference groups.

Breckenridge Outdoor Education Center (BOEC)
The BOEC specializes in outdoor experiential-based programs for corporate and professional organizations. Its Professional Challenge Program focuses on developing trust, building relationships, and enhancing teambuilding and leadership skills - all while having fun in the outdoors. Some of the activities used to reach these goals include orienteering courses, rope courses, rock climbing, river rafting, kayaking, back country hut trips, and more. Programs range from a half a day to several days, depending on the group goals.

Colorado Bike and Ski (CBST)
The ability to work as a group, to communicate effectively, to solve problems collectively, to foster a sense of empathy and respect for other team members, to provide honest and useful feedback, to resolve conflicts, to manage resources efficiently and to share in a group experience builds a sense of community that, when properly accomplished, transfers fluidly to everyday interactions at the workplace and at home. Challenge and adventure activities also just happen to provide an interesting and dynamic method for learning and applying these skills. CBST’s experiential programs provide the opportunity for individuals and groups to reach beyond the typical and to celebrate the unique as they attempt to attain and implement new skills in order to achieve their goals. This is not the tired ropes course or human bowling. These adventures are creative, ground-breaking and personalized. Our programs generate fun, adventure-based experiences with intelligent initiatives and appropriate goals.
CBST prides itself on customizing dynamic programs, contoured by each group's needs, abilities and philosophies. This innovative and exciting approach to team building is the perfect way to seam together the dynamics of any group, large or small, family or corporate. What better way to create lasting bonds and personal change than to explore and interact in an awe-inspiring and dynamic environment?
