About Mountain Thunder Lodge

As one of Breckenridge's ski-in / gondola-out properties, visitors are still discovering this gem of luxury, convenience and personal service. Mountain Thunder Lodge is just two blocks to historic Main Street, easily accessed by foot. The lodge is also a short walk to the BreckConnect Gondola and offers guest's convenient ski-in access. Complimentary shuttle service also brings you to the lifts, shopping or dining. 

Walk to Main Street just one block away, the BreckConnect Gondola, The Riverwalk Center and the free bus route. On Main Street, you will find shopping, restaurants, galleries, museums, ski/board/bike rentals, and many other spectacular services and unique shops.

The BreckConnect Gondola is just across the street, accessible via the Skyway Skiway-Parking Lot Access which takes you to the Gondola through a tunnel under the street. The Gondola takes you to Peak 8, where you can catch the other lifts, sign up for lessons, enjoy the half pipe and terrain park and access other Peaks of Breckenridge Ski Resort. When you are ready for a hot tub, ski back to Mountain Thunder Lodge on the Skyway Skiway and relax in one of hot tubs or the outdoor heated pool.

Mountain Thunder Lodge is beautifully decorated with an elegant but rustic feel. The main floor grand lobby is a sitting area that features log accents, slate floors, plush furniture, and a fireplace. Mountain Thunder Lodge also features a state-of-the-art fitness center.  Guests also have access to the bowling alley, aquatics center, media rooms and billiards table located at One Ski Hill Place, A RockResort.
