Check-in / Check-out - The Liftside building lobby on South Park Avenue is the front desk check-in area for The Village at Breckenridge. Check-in is after 4:00 P.M. Check-out time is 11:00 A.M., with luggage storage available.

Children - The Village at Breckenridge is ideal for families year-round, as we are just steps away from ski school, child care and town activities. Crib rental and Children's Ski and Ride School reservations are available by advance request. Child care reservations may be made through the concierge.

Forms of Payment - We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, Diner's Club, money orders, personal checks, and cash for deposit and account settlement upon check-out. During your stay, purchases at shops and restaurants in The Village at Breckenridge and other Breckenridge Lodging & Hospitality properties may be charged to your room.

Guest Activities - Sleigh rides, snowmobiling, airport and ground transportation, golf and childcare are among the activities for which advance reservations are suggested, and in many instances, required; policies do vary. You can book your selected activities in advance by calling 970-547-5781 or 800-847-5445 for concierge service. Other activities within the resort include the fitness center, pool and hot tubs, game arcade, shopping, dining and nightlife.

Insurance Program - Unfortunately, unforeseen circumstances do arise that can cancel or interrupt your travel plans. Because of this, we highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance; it will help take the worry out of your vacation plans. Trip cancellation and interruption insurance pays for loss due to unforeseen circumstances such as death, injury or illness of you, a family member, or traveling companion. Parking - Parking for the first vehicle per room is complimentary. A rate of $8 per night per vehicle will be charged for each additional vehicle.

Pets - Adult dogs are allowed in the Village Hotel with advance notification, a $30 nightly fee per dog and a $150 refundable damage deposit. Dog-friendly rooms are limited, requiring advance reservations

Special Requests - All preferences for location, bedding, and specific units will be noted. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee such preference requests. Rollaway beds may be requested at check in for an additional fee.

Substitution of Comparable Accommodations - In the event of booking conflicts with homeowners, unforeseen maintenance requirements, or over sale of a specific unit type, The Village at Breckenridge Resort reserves the right to substitute comparable accommodations for the dates of the guest's occupancy, provided the guest is not charged a higher rental rate than the accommodation type originally requested.
